Customer Service Policy
Processing and Shipping:
At Meraki Chicago, we are very dedicated to delivering Quality Fashion products and customer service. All orders are subject to processing time which takes up to 3 business days not including Sundays after order is placed. It typically takes 5-7 business days for shipping within the US. For shipping on orders out of the US can take up to 6-12 business days. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address and phone numbers provided during purchase.
Meraki Chicago is not responsible for ANY lost/stolen items during transit. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. You will have to take this up with United States Postal Service.
If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges:
We do NOT offer EXCHANGES!! But we welcome you to return your items by mail in accordance with our return policy by requesting a return online. This does not include under garments. UNDER GARRMENTS ARE FINAL SALE!
All returns MUST return in their natural state as delivered. All items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed with tags and receipt included within 7 business days. If these steps are not followed, we will not accept them.
Refunds will be put back on whichever form of payment was used if we are not able to you will receive store credit. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. You may request a refund within 72 hours of your purchase. Any time after that time frame you will be granted store credit only.

Ensure that all items being returned are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
All returns MUST include an order packing slip or return invoice.
You may ship your return parcel using the shipping carrier of your choice.
All returns will undergo an inspection process from our team, if any item is unsellable or outside of eligibility you will not be issued a credit.
